General Note:
The intrepid face of the Beaux Arts statue "Young Diana, Goddess of the Hunt," originally forged in 1924 by distinguished American sculptor Anna Hyatt Huntington. Colloquially christened "Diana" by students, the statue has been a focal point on the Queens College campus since arriving in the early 1940s.
